How will my items be shipped?

We will use Sri Lanka Postal Service or private courier services for shipping depending on the nature of your order. You will be notified via email when the order gets dispatched from our side.

Can I track my order?

Tracking is not handled with our couriers right now.

What about international shipping?

We are only shipping within Sri Lanka at the moment. We are working on figuring out how to ship internationally. Stay tuned for updates.

How long till my order is shipped?

We will try our best to fulfill your order within two business days. If you don't hear back from us within a week, reach out to us via the contact page linked below.

Help! My order is incorrect or missing?

If it has been longer than 6 weeks since your made the order or if you did not receive the items you ordered, please contact one of us at immediately and we will sort it out for you.

My order got cancelled! Why?

We apologize. Unfortunately, sometimes we might be unable to fulfill certain orders due to demand and stock restrictions. We should have reached out to you regarding the cancellation. If not, please reach out to us and we are glad to help.

Can I cancel/refund/exchange my order?

Unfortunately once shipped we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

If you want to exchange your order (i.e; ordered a wrong size) please reach out to us and (depending on stock) we will try to make it happen!

How can I pay for my online order?

We have different methods of payment right now. You may select one of these options at checkout.

You may use this option if the above options are not available to you. We will email you the payment instructions once the order is submitted.

Can I pay for my order with Cash? Can I pick up my orders by myself?

Not right now. We are working with partner stores to arrange a physical pick up for our merch. Stay tuned for updates for more information.
